Herbs are plant that are value for qualities such as medicinal properties, flavor, scents, or the like.

Herbs have a variety of uses including culinary, medicinal, or in some cases even spiritual uses. The green, leafy part of the plant is often used, but the herbal medicine makes use of the roots, flowers, seeds, root bark, inner bark, berries, and sometimes the pericap of other portion of the plant.

Herbs are useful as alternative to treating illness, including allergies, such as intolerance to food / wheat and others.
