If you are having an allergic reaction and want to recover as quickly as possible, you need do the followings:
- Stop eating (whatever you may be eating or have eaten the over the last few hours)
- Drink at least 10 glasses of water during the day and only filtered water
- Start to take large doses of Vitamin C (2,000 - 3,000mg) every
30 - 60 minutes until it causes waterly stool
(not diarrhoea). You may
have to continue this intake for 8 - 24 hours - When the symptoms are gone, reduce the Vitamin C to 500mg and also include 400mg of magnesium and 50mg of vitamin B6 daily.
- When all the symptoms are gone, be extremely careful to avoid those foods you were eating before your allergic attack.
