To thicken soups, stews, or simply to make that bowl of noodle soups, oven porridge thicker, just use any of the followings:
  • Tapioca flour
  • Potato Flour
  • Arrowroot
  • Sago Flour
  • Rice Flour
It works just as well. Remember .. there are always alternatives out there.
